Before You Download

Take a few seconds to check these points. They help you avoid the most common install problems.

• Keep at least 100 MB free, and more if you plan to save videos offline.
• Go to Settings > About phone and check that you’re on Android 5.0 or later.
• Use Wi-Fi if you can. A broken download is the top cause of the “App not installed” error.
• If you already have Pikashow from this site, you don’t need to remove it. The new file installs over the old one.

How to Download the Pikashow

1. Tap the Download Pikashow APK button above.
2. If your browser warns that the file might be harmful, tap Download anyway. Chrome shows this for every APK that isn’t from the Play Store.
3. Wait for the download to finish. A notification appears when it’s done.
4. Tap the notification, or open your Files app and go to Downloads.

Before you install, check that the file size matches the table above. If it’s smaller, the download didn’t finish, so delete it and try again.

How to Install Pikashow on Android

Android needs your permission once before it installs files from a browser. Here’s how:

1. Tap the Pikashow APK file in your Downloads folder.
2. If Android says installs from this source aren’t allowed, tap Settings in the pop-up.
3. Turn on Allow from this source, then press back.
4. Tap Install and wait a few seconds.
5. Tap Open to launch Pikashow.
6. Go to Settings > Apps > Special app access > Install unknown apps and turn the permission off again.

That’s it. You’ll see the home screen with the Movies, Web Series and Live TV sections. On Android 7.0 and older, the setting is called Unknown sources and sits under Settings > Security.

Install on Android TV and Firestick

Firestick and Fire TV

1. Search for Downloader on your Firestick and install it from the Amazon Appstore.
2. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options > Install unknown apps and turn it on for Downloader.
3. Open Downloader, type this page’s address and press Go.
4. Select the download button, wait for the file and choose Install.

If you can’t see Developer Options, go to Settings > My Fire TV > About and click your device name seven times.

Android TV and Google TV

Install a file manager or the Downloader app from Google Play on your TV. Turn on Unknown sources for it under Settings > Device Preferences > Security & restrictions. Then download the Pikashow APK through the app, or copy it from a USB drive, and select Install.

Install on Windows PC

Install a free Android emulator such as BlueStacks or LDPlayer. Then download Pikashow APK on your computer and drag the file into the emulator window. It installs in a few seconds and opens like any other app inside the emulator. For full steps and PC requirements, see our PC guide.

Fix Common Download Problems

Download Stops Halfway

This usually happens when the connection drops or your phone runs low on space. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi, or the other way round, and try again. Turn off data saver and battery saver too, since both can pause large downloads.

“App Not Installed” Error

Delete the file and download it again from the button above. If you already have PikaShow from a different website, uninstall it first. Android won’t install a file over an app with a different signature.

“There Was a Problem Parsing the Package”

The file is either broken or your Android version is too old. Check that you’re on Android 5.0 or later, then download the Pikashow APK again on Wi-Fi.

Play Protect Warning

Play Protect may show a warning for apps from outside the Play Store. Read the message carefully. If it says the app is harmful, don’t install it. Never turn Play Protect off for good.

Chrome Won’t Download the File

Some browsers block APK files by default. Tap Download anyway when asked, or try another browser such as Firefox. Also check that your storage isn’t full.

How to Update Pikashow

Pikashow Tv doesn’t update through the Play Store. When a new version comes out, we update this page. Come back here, download Pikashow APK again and install it over your current version. Your saved videos and settings stay in place. If you see “App not installed” during an update, your current app came from another source. Uninstall it first, then install the new file.
